【愛爾成果轉化辦公室】接收來自愛爾及社會各方的知識產權信息。【愛爾成果轉化辦公室】評估這些知識產權的商業化可行性，并在可行的情況下將其授權給產業方或是獨立孵化。如果知識產權成功進行授權，知識產權所有者及發明人將獲得授權所得。如果知識產權成功獨立孵化，知識產權所有者及發明人將獲得相應股份。

Introduction:
AIER Innovation Incubation Office is affiliated with
AIER Eye Hospital Group, responsible for managing AIER’s IP assets and facilitating
innovation incubation and investment in ophthalmology
field. Our mission is to promote effective incubation and investment of
ophthalmic innovations, benefiting patients and advancing scientific research
and education.
We welcome IP disclosures from both AIER and the public.
Our evaluation process assesses commercial viability of these IP rights, which may
be licensed out or incubated independently if deemed feasible. IP owners and
inventors will receive rewards upon successful licensing or corresponding
shares if independently incubated.
In collaboration with inventors, we explore potential
applications of these IP rights. Subsequently, we formulate incubation or
investment strategies based on the risks associated with technology and the
market. Our efforts involve identifying companies or investors interested in
these IPs, boosting the transformation and incubation of innovation through the
signing of license or investment agreements.
